Hospice’s Chirk event postponed
An event to support a Wrexham hospice has been postponed.
Many forthcoming events across North Wales have been postponed or cancelled this week as members of the public step up precautions to protect themselves from coronavirus.
Nightingale House Hospice has now confirmed its planned ‘Donate Don’t Dump’ day on Wednesday, April 1, has been postponed for the foreseeable future.
A spokesman said: “We know this event has become a welcome provision for the community of Chirk and surrounding areas, together with the benefits donated items bring to Nightingale House.
“Rest assured we will be back with you as soon as we are able, in the meantime stay safe and well.”
