Retro football shirt launched to raise funds for Nightingale House Hospice
Wrexham based start-up Dragon Teamwear have joined with local businesses Wrexham Lager and The Fat Boar to create a ‘retro’ style football shirt in aid of local charity Nightingale House.
The shirt, which features the iconic Wrexham Lager logo on the front as well as The Fat Boar logo on the back and Nightingale House logos on the sleeve is now available for pre-order at www.dragonteamwear.shop.
Laura Parry, Nightingale House head of fundraising said: “We are thrilled with this generous support from Dragon Teamwear and to be part of this exciting new initiative celebrating the Wrexham community.
“The hospice is very appreciative of all support received from local businesses and the community, especially during the challenging times we are all currently facing.
“Huge thank you to Josh and the team for choosing to support hospice care with this endeavour.”
Speaking about the launch of the shirt, Dragon Teamwear co-founder Josh Pay added: “We’re a Wrexham based business and wanted to launch the business by giving something back and we’re delighted to be launching our first charity project in aid of local charity Nightingale House.
“The shirt looks fantastic and we’re hoping it will be well received across North Wales, we’re also delighted to have Wrexham Lager and The Fat Boar on board to support this initiative.”
